Ryan has spent his career working with technology and cultivating high performance teams.
At Hogan and Keane, his focus is in technical implementation. Using his experience directly building out and managing high performance sales development functions, his perspective is focused on process improvement and intelligent system design.
When Hogan and Keane Consulting engages with a client, Ryan works on system design and operational execution. He's the person who knows what your sales process should look like on the inside — and how to build it.

Leo's expertise is in the revenue funnel — specifically, why leads die before they become customers. He has a precise, analytical approach to sales and marketing: map the funnel, measure every conversion point, identify the leak, and fix it with the minimum necessary intervention.
He has taken a residential solar company from 1% to 5% third-party lead conversion — a result that came from meticulous funnel analysis, process redesign, and consistent execution discipline. He was also the commercial lead on a 3x revenue project that scaled a client from €300k to €1M/month in 90 days. He has hired, trained, and managed sales teams up to 30+ reps and €26,000,000. He is extremely familiar with what's required to grow and what can prevent progress.
In every engagement, Leo owns the diagnostic — he builds the picture of exactly where revenue is being lost and what the fix is worth — before any changes are made. He also executes the change with you.
Our Approach
The biggest failure mode in consulting is recommending changes before you fully understand the problem. We've seen it from the client side — expensive engagements that produce reports no one acts on, because the consultant wasn't close enough to the operation to make the recommendations real.
